Production process

Our production processes involve a wide range of casting and forging techniques. When it comes to casting, we utilize various methods such as sand casting (green sand casting, coated sand casting, resin sand casting), vacuum process casting (V-process casting), and lost wax casting (China lost wax casting and silica sol casting). Additionally, for aluminum alloy casting, we employ gravity casting and die casting methods. For carbon steel and stainless steel forgings, our techniques include die forging, free forging, and die forging. These processes contribute to the overall quality and diversity of our products.


The initial step in the sand casting production process involves placing the metal molds into the sand box. Next, the casting clay is poured into the casting box and compressed through tamping. Subsequently, the metal molds are removed, leaving behind an empty cavity formed by the casting clay. Then, the molten iron, obtained from the casting smelting furnace, is poured into a casting ladle. From there, it is transferred to the mold cavity using the ladle. After the molten iron cools and solidifies, it takes on the shape of the metal molds, resulting in rough casting parts. To enhance their quality and finish, the rough casting parts undergo various post-production processes. These include shot blasting, machining, air tightness testing, and surface treatment such as rust prevention, spray painting, plastic spraying, and galvanizing. Throughout these stages, casting equipment and tools are utilized. Finally, the finished rough casting parts are packaged and delivered.


(2) Lost wax casting production process: first, the wax for casting is injected into the metal core box with the same shape as the product, and the formed wax mold is taken out. Then, a certain thickness of refractory shell is coated on the wax mold. After the shell is solidified, the wax mold is dissolved, and the same cavity as the finished product is formed in the refractory shell. Then, the molten steel melted by the casting furnace is poured into the mold cavity, and the molten steel is cooled to form After the refractory shell is removed, the casting blank is finished, and then the finished product is manufactured by shot blasting, polishing, mirror polishing and other processes.
